- Cancellations made by 11:59 PM Pacific on 4/24/2025: 100% Refund.
- Cancellations made by 11:59PM Pacific on 4/15/2025: 50% Refund.
- Cancellations on or after 4/16/2025: No Refund
- Registrations may be transferred to another person until 5/29/2025
- All cancellations must be sent in writing to
[email protected] with the subject line of - "Registration Cancellation – last name".
- No refunds are issued for no-shows.
- Exceptions that can be submitted after the Cancellation Deadline:
- Registrants that request an official “Invitation Letter” from AADMD to submit with their visa application prior to the meeting are eligible for a full refund if the visa is denied or not processed in time to attend the meeting.
- Registrants that provide acceptable official medical documentation related to personal or family illness are eligible for a refund after the cancellation deadline (minus the $100 administrative processing fee).
- In the event the AADMD Conference is canceled due to public safety concerns:
- Registration fees will be applied to the next AADMD conference.
